Initial Assessment and Report
1.5 hr session + written report + feedback call
Parent consultation, standardised assessments, and direct observation of your child,all in one session. A written report follows within one week, covering diagnosis, home and school recommendations, and a clear pathway forward. Includes a feedback call to walk through the findings together.
Follow-up Session
45–60 min
Ongoing therapy to implement goals from assessment. Sessions focus on home programme delivery, sensory and motor strategies, and progress review. A block of 6–8 sessions is typically recommended after initial assessment.
Parent Consultation
Per hour
One-to-one session for parents covering sensory strategies, behaviour management, and home programme delivery. No prior child assessment required. You can book directly to get practical guidance and support.
8-Session Programme
8 × 45 min over 8 weeks
A tailored therapy programme built around your child's individual assessment outcomes. Sessions run weekly over 8 weeks with a progress summary provided at the end. Programme length is adjusted to 6–8 sessions based on your child's needs.
School Accommodation Report
Written report
Includes direct assessment, an OT intake form, and a school-based questionnaire. The report is addressed to the school (with parental consent) and covers specific accommodations, exam adjustments, SNA support recommendations, and assistive technology. Delivered within one week of receiving all required information.
Teacher or SNA Consultation
30–60 min virtual call
A direct consultation with a teacher or SNA to discuss a child's profile, share practical classroom strategies, and align on reasonable accommodations. Schools can book independently,no prior patient relationship required. Written summary and recommendations included.
May be covered by your health insurer
Check your plan for OT cover. We provide receipts in the correct format for reimbursement claims. All sessions also qualify for tax relief under the Med 1 scheme.
